| As I grasp the purest essences of nature's life energies it's potency is breathtaking. My knees begin to wobble. | ||
A Bloodied Heart is obtained by killing a Goat or a Deer with a Javelin. Bloodied Hearts will eventually turn into Blackened Hearts if left in the homecamp for many days. They can be eaten to fully restore stamina, and also offer a small amount of vitality. Seems like they cure poisoning.

- A Blackened Heart can be turned into a Bloodied Heart with a Pure Flower in the Mixery Bowl.
